Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

Dispatch conditions

Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries: Österreich, Belgien, Luxemburg, Niederlande , Dänemark, Liechtenstein, Schweiz, Tschechien, Frankreich, Großbritannien, Monaco, Italien, Polen, Slowakei, Slowenien, Ungarn, Estland, Finnland, Kroatien, Lettland, Litauen, Norwegen, Bosnien und Herzegowina, Bulgarien, Griechenland, Island, Rumänien, Serbien.

Dispatch shall not be made to the following foreign islands: Keine Lieferungen an Inseln

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

from 5,99 EUR/ Prices are calculated by weight and volume.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

from 10,99 EUR/ Prices are calculated by weight, Volume and country.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made(Germany) within 2 – 3 days, for deliveries abroad within 4 – 8 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

In case of self-collection, we will inform you by email once the product is ready, along with the collection options. In this case, dispatch costs will not be charged.

Risk of breakage when shipping parcels / Online SHOP

Despite careful packaging and the greatest possible care during shipping, A.M.Schoko cannot guarantee the integrity of the goods during transport. In accordance with § 447 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier, provided the purchase is made by a business (B2B). No guarantee is provided against breakage.

Important note regarding transport damage and perishable goods:
Our products are sensitive and perishable food items (chocolate) that require specific storage and transport conditions. Shipping is carried out in line with industry standards and using appropriate packaging. Nevertheless, quality degradation may occur, particularly during high outside temperatures, which is beyond our control.

In accordance with § 312g (2) No. 2 BGB, A.M.Schoko accepts no liability for damage or deterioration of the goods caused by transport conditions, improper storage after delivery, or external temperature influences, insofar as such circumstances are not attributable to us. Returns or refunds in such cases are only granted if a verifiable defect exists within the meaning of statutory warranty provisions.

For domestic deliveries (Germany) the following payment options are available:

– Payment via PayPal
– Payment by invoice

In case of deliveries to a foreign country, you have the following payment options:

– Payment in cash at the time of collection

Further details on payment

The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 2 days.

If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
